We can measure and test the safety of spaces through various means.
This can range from wipe tests to air particle measurements.
We may have to renew some performances because the tests come out negative or we achieve a negative value.
It all depends on the type of execution.

Properties that have seen too hard off due to deterioration, neglect or calamity may suffer additional damage due to their sensitivity during cleaning despite our staff always acting with proper product and material knowledge.

We donate clothes and all kinds of items that are still in good condition from a emptying to local organisations working for the local community.
This also ensures that we avoid waste and can work in a circular way.

In Belgium, we have a slew of available insurances, but it is true that some of our performances are paid back by your insurance.

It is definitely possible to offer follow-up after implementation. We strongly recommend this even with our mold decon's and with people who may relapse into a hoarding/neglected home situation.
The frequency with which this is done is entirely optional.

We cannot force anyone to leave their property we are not authorised to do so. We can, however, have this imposed when the situation is unsafe or the presence may hinder the whole process.
People sometimes underestimate how their presence can kill an entire cleaning/decontamination process but also while their own environment can inadvertently damage it. Consider cross-contamination, for example.

When we talk about an intervention or a very serious matter, we recommend staying away from everything in particular. Doing something yourself while it is done with good will can sometimes make our execution even more difficult.
We especially recommend staying consciously calm and surround yourself with people who can make your situation comfortable without adding more stress.

Some performances can take a lot out of a person. Some need that extra push to get their day-to-day life back on track.
We can definitely help you with advice and refer you to agencies, administrators, organisations,...that will make you feel better about yourself.
